Prior to teaching, Amina worked for the BBC as Radio Production Assistant at Pebble Mill for the Asian Network, highlighting issues affecting South Asians.
Amina is currently a Professional Tutor with over 7 years of experience and a member of The Tutors' Association, specializing in tutoring students from EYFS, KS1, and KS2, and preparing them for entrance exams into prestigious independent schools such as King's College, St. Paul's in Wimbledon, and Dulwich College.
Before transitioning to tutoring, Amina amassed over 25 years of teaching experience and is certified as a SENCo. She previously served as Deputy Manager and Centre Teacher at a Children's Centre in Lambeth, which achieved an 'Outstanding' rating from OFSTED. Amina's passion for outdoor education is underscored by her Level 3 qualification as a Forest School Leader.
Additionally, she has achieved great success teaching Zumba Gold, tailored for individuals over 50 years old.
